Hey Ladies!
We chose The Help by Kathryn Stockett as our book club pick for March. I thought I'd throw out some dates so we can synchronize our social calendars and meet up to discuss. How does Saturday, April 3rd sound? Would you like to switch it up this time and meet for some breakfast/brunch somewhere tasty and off the beaten path?
I know that April 3 is the day before Easter and some of you might already have plans for that weekend. We could always meet another weekend or sometime in the evening during the week for dinner. Keiko, I know you are still reading The Help and Erin Reed wants to read The Help after you. Maybe we can meet up on the 10,11 or a different week to give Erin enough time to read the book.
I look forward to seeing all of you! Is anyone reading anything interesting right now? Please share on our book blog!

ReplyDeleteI just started reading today (I know, I know). I could be done no later than the beginning of next week. IDK how long it will take Reed.
If I ever start doing my hair like that, you guys can know: I've officially given up on youth.
ReplyDeleteI would be free any day but the 10th. If we do it the 3rd, I would need a ride. I think a breakfast plan would be awesome though. Dinner works too though. Or lunch. As long as we aren't eating chocolate pie, I'm good.
I could probably read it and be ready for a meet up on the 11th.
