I juuuuust received my August book the other day, but on a positive note, I have already read 100 pages! I am loving this book.. the sensory imagery really puts you amongst the characters. Yes, it's kind of graphic with a PG-13/R rating in some parts. If you stick with it, I have a feeling it will be worth it. I hope. :)
I know Tessy has already finished the book, Becca jumped ship.. what's the status on everyone else? If anyone needs to, they can borrow my copy bc I'm pretty sure I'll be done by the end of the week.
Would anyone like to get together to hangout/chat about the book? I'm thinking somewhere for breakfast on Saturday, Sept 12 or Sept 19? Wish I could recommend a weekday but I work during the week and Keiko does as well.
Tessy let me borrow her copy...so I've finished it too. It only takes a day, maybe two to read. It's that good.
