We're already into September and haven't met to discuss August's book... Maybe it will be a more effective idea to pick books for every-other month?
I know we haven't talked about The Turtle Catcher, but maybe we should pick a book for October just to give everyone a head's up. Does anyone have any suggestions for our next book?

Just putting this here instead of there, that we might look at Where The Wild Things Are novelization. I'm thinking it doesn't come until the middle of the month though... I can preorder a copy so I get it the first day, and if someone else does, I think we can pass around the same two copies and be done with everyone reading by the end of October. Or is that too optimistic? :)
ReplyDeleteI just like the theme of reading a "monster" tale in October, and then going to a movie. But I'm open to waiting another month.
I was thinking The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo or The Thirteenth Tale.
